SHIPPING POLICY

Grandeur Boutique will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once signed for. Be sure to inspect your package before you sign for it. Packages will be delivered via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX.

Your address must be confirmed via PayPal prior to shipping. The shipping address must match the billing address that is connected to your debit/credit card or checking account. Processing will take 2-3 business days; orders will ship after processing. Please allow 2-4 business days for shipping in the United States. Please allow 7-10 business days for international shipping. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday. Orders will not be ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on either a weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds issued, however you will be allowed to exchange within 7 days of original purchase date. Hair can be exchanged, but it must be in its original state (no chemicals, no dye, no cutting of the weft). In order to initiate the exchange process you must first contact us at (grandeurboutique@yahoo.com) within 7 days of your original purchase date. Exchanges will not be honored if the Grandeur Boutique seal on the bundle has been removed. You will be held responsible for the shipping cost unless there is a mistake on our end.
